Training & Development

A dedicated and fully equipped Training Centre managed by our Training Manager, has been the cradle for all our officers & guards who get training based on PSARA Syllabus. Class Room Training as well as On Job Training are conducted periodically on Basics , Safety & Fire, First Aid and Combat of Emergency Situation.

Recruitment

We have a well structured recruitment process to bring resources on board. The Team comprise a balanced mix of Local and other state people. Our HR Team handles bulk recruitment from various remotes of Tamil Nadu as well as other states

Verification

Background verification are done internally by our HR Team for candidates from our State.  Bio Date copy of other state candidates with BIO – METRICS are submitted to Local Police Station for Verification.

Statutory Compliance’s

Our Guard Force are covered with ESIS & EPF benefits and those working in risk areas are covered with Insurance depending on the Risk involved at their work place. Our Accounts Team support the employees on their EPF claims and hospitalization formalities on a prompt and timely manner
